It is up to us to build and train our minds to be optimistic and unstoppable amidst trials and adversities in life.
There are 5 practices to help you overcome your struggles and incapacitating feelings;
1. Push more hard
Struggle strengthens your character. The moments in our life that we are most proud of are oftentimes the ones where we overcame hardship to achieve something that is worth it.
Do something that pushes your ability to improve more. Nothing feels better than the feeling that you are stronger and capable of far more than you ever imagined. Those people who are thriving and achieving their dreams today are a testament to how people can overcome anything against all odds.
Obstacles help you grow in building strength, fortitude, and resilience. Every single time you face a problem, you overcome a mental hurdle.
2. Improve your expertise.
Encourage yourself to do more of what you're tired doing at the moment, not losing focus on the very path you've identified. If you're yet to identify one, then try to self improvement. Self improvement is defensive tool against oppression and discouragement at schools, marketplace, and workplaces.
Further studies on your point of profession distinguish pictures of your products from failure.
3. Don't do everything alone.
God wants everyone that love him to prosper and live long. We're all need reliance. The inner strength that'll give you ability to more is where God usually comes in. Every good inspiration is from Him. Submit your ways to His hands so that He can order steps. Prov.3:1-6 .
Also, friends and family will play awesome roles to help you attain good milestones in life. These people are your friends and family who genuinely care, believe in you, and only want the best for you. They are the roots of your success. Building first relationship with God will help you gain access to everyone needed for your lifting.
4. Enjoy peace and solitude.
Now you may think that the best way to cure your problems is by drowning in alcohol and going out all night partying. Know this, it’s not going to help you solve anything. Sometimes, we find the answers to our questions by being at peace and just reflecting on our thoughts. A much-needed break from the noise and chaos of the world is important to avoid mental and emotional weariness.
5. Don’t ever stop trying.
Never ever stop push! Have faith in yourself, how the Spirit of God that you have inside your heart can help you help to overcome those challenges. You were born a fighter, more than a conqueror.
Pursue a life that brings you progress and positivity. Life can be unpredictable and often intimidating especially when we are faced with a lot of problems and trials that can either make or break us. However, we should always remember to man up, no matter how many times life get us down.
