What eludes all humanity is what the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ called REST.

Rest is born out of happy life. Living the life to the fullest with no stress or distress.

'The blessings of God make rich, and He added no sorrow.'

Many people think that kind of life is impossible while we are on this side of the eternity. However, truth be told, nothing is quite impossible here, what made things impossible is our ignorance and lack of faith.

The Secret of Happiness is hereby revealed:

Happiness is an output of some certain inputs. Happiness isn't a cause but an effect. 

Seeking a happy living at the expense of neglecting all the necessities is mission impossible.

To really live a HAPPY LIFE, you must do these:

HONESTY: Honesty is living in the reality. Being truthful to oneself and others. It is a life of integrity that give  peace of mind from the Lord. 

Where honesty exists without dent, happiness can be found there.

HOLINESS: This is a life of purity, within and without. Wishing others what you wish yourself. It is an habit of  transparency, before people and  God. 

The Holy One is as bold as a lion.

Happiness belongs to people who strives to be holy in the world that is filled corruption. Any time you resist a temptation successfully, you are building a Spiritual Capacity to become the nature of God in His is Holiness. 

HUMILITY: 

'Is What create anxieties and worries in people.'

When  humility is in place, you no longer think much of yourself or arrogate any self accolade to your person; then you are pedestrating 

your way to Happy Living. 

God hates pride; 

when you are Daily giving the gift of humility and placing yourself before men in the way acceptable to God, you will be promoted by the Lord, and this promotion sponsors spontaneous happiness in the heart.

HEALTH: A healthy lifestyle is a way to an unrestricted happy life. Health is Wealth any day. 

Good health makes man a wonderful happy life. wellness is with God!
